What is a meditative state or trance state of mind?
This state is referred to as Theta.
Theta is a a brainwave state.
Brainwaves, are rhythmic or repetitive patterns of neural activity in the central nervous system.
Theta comes from the greek language and means "Soul".
Theta brain waves move between 4 and 7 Hz.
The only state slower than this is the state of delta brain waves, which is the state of deep, dreamless sleep.
Even Zen Masters find it hard to stay conscious there, so let's stay focussed on theta for the time being.
In this state of brainwave you create a bridge between the conscious and subconconcious mind.
It allows you to move easier between the competitive mind ( conscious) to the creative mind ( sub-conscious)
Theta is the ideal state of consciousness for reprogramming your beliefs, releasing limitations and to activate self-healing.
Energy patterns of thought, emotions and blocked energy, can shift in the Theta state with ease.
It is a state in which your learning abilities accelerate, while you are in a very deep relaxed state.

Here you carry your wishes and desires.
This is when you are in the present moment. Not distracted by the past or future thoughts.
Your conditioning, life memories and beliefs are programmed in the 90 - 95% of your subconscious mind.
