How can I prepare for a session?
A: Drink plenty of water.
It is important to be fully hydrated, this will allow your muscle testing to be clear and strong.
During most sessions muscle testing will be needed.
Join the session with an attitude and intention of wanting positive change and being ready for positive change is also important.
It's important to be clear on what issue you want to work on during the session and if you have an idea of how your issue is serving you or what you're learning as a result of the issue, this will rapidly accelerate the pace of your session.
Take some resting time into account after the session.
Q: Do you offer free discovery calls?
A: No I don't.

Q: Can I book only a 1:1 session?
A: I am currently offering only a limited number of 1:1 Energy Healing sessions. I am focusing on serving the clients who are with me on a longer-term basis.
If you are a new client, you can email my team at to inquire about any available individual sessions for new clients only.

Q: How are the 1:1 sessions done?
A: All my sessions are given by zoom and Skype video call, which can be recorded.
Google Hang out & Phone calls are options as well. But without recording.
