Choose better feeling thoughts, until you really belief them.
Until it feels familiar to love yourself,
until it feels familiar to trust yourself,
until it feels familiar to forgive yourself,
until feels familiar to act upon your intuition,
until it feels familiar to grow beyond what you imagine is possible.
Make everything you desire familiar and your brain will start supporting it.
After all your brain only wants one thing. To keep you alive and move you towers pleasure.
If you choose negative beliefs it will create negative experiences. If you choose to hate change, your mind will create behaviours and thoughts to keep you stuck. That simple.
Where is the heart in all of the mindset talk ?
Right HERE, engaged in the process to allow positivity to become your reality. Thats what the heart wants. Love. Not doubt, addiction , resentment, sabotage, procrastination, judgement. That is learned behavior. It’s familiar. Make it unfamiliar and do that with the same passion as you can FEEL RESENTMENT !
