Why do we need to adapt healthy new beliefs systems for our life?

Becoming a parent, getting a promotion at work, starting a new relationship, becoming an entrepreneur, getting a new education or creating a healthy body image.

All topics and goals in life require a healthy mindset for success to be achievable. 

So that any challenges can be dealt with concisely and solution- oriented. 

Life will always have some challenges. It is up to us to respond to it with consciousness. 

learned, that anything you approach in life really depends on how well your mind works. 

Recognizing toxic thinking and beliefs. Changing them to empowering once. That is one aspect of a well functioning mind. Our mind and emotions control our behavior.

To change your life, you need to change your mind.

The better the mind work, the better we can regulate our emotions, the better we can connect to our bodies.

Changing limiting beliefs into empowering ones, is one of the key elements that make Thetahealing famous around the world. 

What is Thetahealing?

The ThetaHealing technique is a world-renowned healing method, that was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995, during her own personal journey back to health and after she healed herself from a 9-inch tumour in her leg. The ThetaHealing technique is a meditation technique and a spiritual philosophy, not specific to one religion but accepting them all, with the purpose of getting closer to the Creator. It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs, live life with positive thoughts and develop virtues in all that you do. Through meditation and prayer, the ThetaHealing Technique creates a positive lifestyle.


The ThetaHealing technique is always taught to be used in conjunction with conventional medicine. It teaches how to put to use one's own natural intuition while relying upon unconditional love of Creator of All That Is to do the actual “work.” We believe by changing your brainwave cycle to include the “Theta” state, you can actually watch the Creator of All That Is create instantaneous physical and emotional wellbeing. We have learned that through the ThetaHealing Technique intuitive abilities can be used to bring about spontaneous physical and emotional wellbeing. 

The techniques that make up this work can be divided into muscle-testing (derived from Kinesiology), body reading (energetic scanning), channeling, past life clearing, working with DNA at the quantum energy level and changing core beliefs and feelings to empowering ones. 

With every change in life, we need a new mindset. It either happens naturally and gradually or we need to make those changes consciously. 


First we will talk about what you want to work on. Once you are clear about it. I will start to guide you into a mediative state of mind and body.

During a Theta Healing session, I will guide you into a trance state by a guided meditation. You will relax into the Theta brainwave. Deeply relaxed and open. With cloused eyes. 


In that state of mind and consciousness, I will ask questions.

You will start to experience feelings, think thoughts , feel sensations in your body, recover memories that will bring clues to the cause of your problems. 

As your guide i will support and guide you, so it will start to make sense. 

I will identify which key beliefs are held in the client's physical or emotional body and mind by using an intuitive process called “digging”, which is a method to identify what is going on in your energetic, subconscious mind and body. 

Digging is a skilled and intuitive way of asking the right questions to open up the doors of your subconscious mind. 

Asking questions to get intuitive answers is a basic method of self-inquiry, which has been around since ancient times. 

In Thetahealing we call this process digging for bottom beliefs.

Bottom beliefs are viewed as beliefs that keep the issue in place with which you struggle with. The real cause of an issue is mostly never the actual symptom you experience. 

We want to get to the bottom, the cause, so that the symptom can heal. 


That is why we often say; The issue is never the real issue. 


Imagine a Pyramid with thousands of limiting beliefs, stacked on top of each other, creating the tower. You want to get to the foundation, so the whole tower can collapse. 


Otherwise, it may take you a lifetime to sort through your issue. 

Now it may take days, weeks or months, depending on the issue and your overall condition. 

We are always looking for the bottom belief in order to offer radical transformation. 

We have millions of beliefs that make us function as human beings. Our mind needs them like a software program, to know how to relate to the outside world. It creates our behavior and responses to life. Without beliefs we would not be able to relate to the world around us. 

Every person has very unique beliefs systems and a unique mindset, depending on culture, upbringing and life experiences. 

When a bottom belief is transformed, the beliefs stacked above it will automatically change which instantly frees the person from limiting patterns, without the need to relive past traumas. 

Changing your beliefs will change your life.
